This policy explains what information the NEET PG Rank Analysis app ("the App") collects and how it is used. The App is published by Lunvex (contact: drmedicaldeduction@gmail.com).

Information we collect

• Name and email address — collected when you sign in, so the App can identify your account.
• Purchase information — if you buy the full-access unlock, Google Play sends us a purchase token, which we verify with Google and use to mark your account as unlocked. We do not see or store your card/payment details; that is handled entirely by Google Play.

All NEET-PG counselling data (seat matrix, allotment results, etc.) shown in the App is stored locally on your device and is not linked to your personal information.

How we use this information

Solely to let you sign in, remember your account, and unlock paid features you purchase. We do not use your data for advertising, and the App shows no ads.

How we store and protect it

Your account and purchase-status data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Access is restricted so that only your own signed-in account can read your data.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except Google (Firebase and Google Play), which we use to operate sign-in and purchases.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Account screen). You may also email us at drmedicaldeduction@gmail.com to request deletion.

Children

The App is intended for medical exam aspirants and is not directed at children under 13.
