These terms apply to the NEET PG Rank Analysis app ("the App") and this website, operated by Lunvex ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to them.

1. What the App provides

The App presents past NEET-PG counselling data (allotment results, seat matrices, ranks) compiled from documents published by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). It is an information and analysis tool only.

2. No affiliation

Lunvex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for MCC, NBEMS, the National Medical Commission or any government body. Always confirm dates, rules, seats and results on the official websites.

3. No guarantee

We take care to reproduce the official data accurately, but errors can occur when data is extracted from public documents, and past results do not predict future allotments. We do not guarantee any admission, seat or outcome. Decisions you make using the App are your own responsibility.

4. Your account

You sign in with your name and email address. Keep your account details accurate. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the App.

5. Purchases

Full access is a one-time digital purchase, described on the Pricing page. Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute the App's compiled data, attempt to bypass payment, or tamper with the App.

7. Changes

We may update the App, its data and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
